Dr David Phillips

David is Digital Clinical Lead for the Pan-London HIV and SRH Strategy. He has worked in Sexual Health in London for over 20 years, both as a specialist trainee then Consultant in GUM and HIV in Croydon.

David has served as BASHH General Secretary then Vice President and was Co-Chair for BASHH-CoSRH information group 2015-2023. During this time has worked closed with clinicians, public health and other digital stakeholders on informatics, sexual health IT and information governance as well as leading EPR and digital transformation locally.  In addition, he has been part of the core clinical group building and revising the Integrated Sexual Health Tariff and regional lead from the London Providers’ forum. 

David is committed to the aim that digital innovations optimise efficiencies and access whilst safeguarding safe and effective clinical care.
