Governance Structure

Governance Structure for the Pan-London Strategy

The Governance Structure for the Pan-London Strategy, launched in April 2026, establishes a robust framework for the development and implementation of the new HIV & Sexual Health Strategy. Under the leadership of LSHP, this model leverages existing governance to foster co-ownership among system partners, ensuring effective oversight and streamlined decision-making. Centered around four strategic pillars - HIV & Sexual Health, Women’s Health, Digitisation & Digitalisation, and LSHP - the matrix approach enables collaborative efforts, proactive risk management, and alignment across all workstreams. This dynamic structure is designed to break down barriers, encourage meaningful collaboration, accelerate progress, and maintain the adaptability required for transformational, city-wide change.
