Donnarie joined the London Sexual Health Programme in 2024 as Co-chair of the Equity, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Group (EEDIAG), bringing a wealth of experience in transforming health and community services across the UK. With a background spanning sexual and reproductive health, maternity, and children’s services, she combines strategic insight with a soul-led, people-first approach.

A certified change manager and professional coach, Donnarie is passionate about co-creating systems that reflect the richness and reality of the communities they serve. She believes in the power of partnership, lived experience, and inclusion to drive meaningful, lasting change. She’s proud to be part of a dynamic EEDI team working to make sexual health services across London more accessible, affirming, and equitable for all.
