Ellie Walmsley

Ellie Walmsley

Ellie started at the London Sexual Health Programme in March 2026 as a Programme Graduate, joining the team for a 12‑month placement through the City of London’s Graduate Scheme. She is growing her expertise in public health and sexual health, and is particularly passionate about supporting women’s sexual and reproductive health.

With her first secondment being in Sustainability, Ellie is excited to now be part of a programme that is also working to make its online STI testing packs as sustainable as possible, having already been awarded ‘Environmental Sustainability Project of the Year’ at the HSJ Partnership Awards 2025. Ellie is looking forward to applying and deepening her knowledge to help support the creation of a service that is sustainable for both people, and planet.

She holds a Master’s degree in International Development, where her research focused on women’s sexual and reproductive health, autonomy, and choice. Ellie brings a curiosity for equity‑driven, lived‑experience‑informed practice and is eager to deepen her learning and skills within the programme.
