Jacqueline John

Jacqueline John is an interim Financial Consultant with the London Sexual Health Programme, bringing extensive experience across acute, mental, community and system-level NHS finance. An FCCA and MBA, she has worked internationally in Sierra Leone, Uganda and the UK, holding senior NHS roles from Senior Finance Business Partner to Assistant Finance Director, including supporting one of the first Integrated Care Boards to develop its financial model.

Jacqueline has a strong background in sexual health commissioning, from bid development to securing European funding to expand consultant capacity during a period of high teenage pregnancy rates. She specialises in strategic financial management, transformation and change, and managing complex budgets, with a track record of improving financial processes and building strong cross-functional relationships.
