Mona Hayat

Mona is a Clinical Fellow with a background in mental health and has extensive experience in leading large challenging multi-million transformational programmes of change across Health & Social Care. One such example was her role as Executive Director for healthcare for the Grenfell Tower incident in 2017 where she was responsible for the remediation of the survivors and bereaved.

Her career has included working in sexual health, mental health, substance misuse, amongst other areas. She continues to be a guest lecturer on a number of MBA courses. Her reputation has been built on her peripheral vision and ability to deliver solutions at pace and to scale.

In 2019, Mona developed a healthtech company which provides a customised and personalised wellbeing information exchange platform.

Mona is the Director of Sexual Health for the London Sexual Health Programme and is passionate about aligning the Programme with the London HIV agenda.
