Sandra Milburn

Sandra joined the London Sexual Health Programme in 2024 to support the re-procurement of the Sexual Health London eService (SHL.UK). She has been working in public sector procurement for 20 years in Central Government, Local Government and Healthcare. She is motivated by using her knowledge and expertise to procure effective services and solutions that positively benefit public sector organisations and citizens.

Sandra is excited to be part of the programme’s team delivering the next iteration of the London Sexual Health eService to ensure that the residents of London can access a quality service, while achieving value for money for the London Boroughs.
