Digital Transformation Framework and Thought Leadership Workshop

On 6th February, The LSHP held a workshop that’s shaped London’s digital sexual health strategy, focusing on building an accessible digital front door and promoting equity. Clinicians, digital experts, and system partners identified the need for system reform and innovative solutions, emphasizing language, literacy, trust, and access barriers. The principle of ‘digital first, not digital only’ now guides ongoing thought, discussions and governance. Priorities include engaging digitally excluded groups, piloting multilingual pathways, improving data-sharing, and strengthening clinical leadership and communication to enhance sexual health services for Londoners.
